s fins are bright red, with pointed dorsal and anal fins and elongated pelvic fins. Tiger Barbs are lively and active fish, and they tend to swim in groups of 5 or more individuals. They are omnivores and will feed on everything from live and frozen foods to flakes and pellets. They need an aquarium of at least 80 liters with adequate filtration and clean water to stay healthy and thrive. They are also compatible with other active community aquarium fish species. However, Tiger Barbs can become aggressive toward other fish if kept alone or in small numbers, or if they are stressed due to poor living conditions.
