Living animals :

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the live animal you have purchased, you have one week from the date of purchase to return it. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to arrange the safe return. We are committed to providing you with an appropriate solution for your situation.

Others products :

For all other products, we give you two weeks from the date of purchase to return them. If a product has a defect or does not meet your expectations, contact us promptly and we will ensure a hassle-free return. Please note that for all returns, the products must be in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging and with an invoice.
