The Rasbora Harlequin fish, also known by the scientific name Trigonostigma heteromorpha, is a small freshwater fish native to Southeast Asia. It measures approximately 4 cm in length and has an elongated, slender body with a silver base color and distinctive bright orange and blue markings on the flanks. The fins are transparent with black edges. Harlequin Rasbora are peaceful and active fish, and they tend to swim in groups of 5 or more individuals. They feed primarily on small live and frozen foods, but they can also eat flakes and pellets. They need an aquarium of at least 80 liters with adequate filtration and clean water to stay healthy and thrive. They are also compatible with other peaceful, non-aggressive aquarium fish species.
